Havenhuys 201 **This one bedroom apartment is located centrally in Bredene in Belgium. The kitchen is fully functional with a combi microwave and a dishwasher. The apartment is suitable for 4 people of which two will be occupying the large sofa bed. The apartment is located on the second floor (there is a lift) and conveniently in the city at less than 300 m from the beach. You can enjoy various events (mostly music-related) all year round in Bredene. You will hear folk and rock, and sometimes even world music from Samba to Fado. But there is also lots of street theatre, children animations, guided walking and cycling trips, art happenings and shows with Flemish artists, which all contribute to a carefree holiday. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 125 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate.
