It is the starting point for a number of walks and tourist visits in the region. Close to Spa and Coô as well as Malmedy and Stavelot. you are not far from Les Fagnes and the Spa-Francorchamps track. You will be able to use a very well equipped sports hall with a sauna and tanning bed (paying) provided on request by the owners. You can enjoy the barbecue in the garden, or the trampoline , shared with other guests, or let your children play in the play area. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR (cash ) will be required upon arrival for possible damages, and will be returned in maximum 14 days. Bed linen are available for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./stay. Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 2 EUR p.p./stay. Kitchen linen are not included in the price, guests should bring their own. Please note that the electricity fee of 2,50 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
