The small village of Francheville is between Malmédy and Stavelot in the heart of the countryside and with a nice view. This cottage is part of a small complex of three cottages in a vast land which is carefully arranged so that everyone feels at home. An arranged handing-over of spaces plays is common to the three lodgings. There is a large enclosed communal garden with a play area for children giving the adults a chance to relax. Inside, the cottage is well kept and well equipped and warm. Internet access (WiFi), TV (cable) and DVD are available.

The property has an area of approx. 450 m2, it accommodates 28 people, it has a total of 9 bedrooms, a relax area with shower and infra-red sauna situated on the ground floor, 2 sitting areas, 4 bathrooms and 2 equipped kitchen areas with 4 ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer. Guests also have access to the shared games room with table football and billiards. It is recommended to respect a calm place and for this reason the festivals of groups are prohibited.

At the centre of a region rich in tourist attractions (Coo. Francorchamps circuit. Spa. Hautes Fagnes. ...) this spot is also the starting point for a number of outings.
