Eifelpalace IV ****Apartment Eifelpalace IV is situated on the edge of the village of Adenau. This is a furnished holiday apartment on the first floor of a villa. The apartment is reached via a curvy access road on a cliff and you will enjoy the view of the city. The apartment is 74m2. There is a living room, equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. For shared use there is a solarium, sauna (with extra surcharge) and shower. Adenau is a small village with many restaurants, pubs and shops. Guests can visit the Nürburgring, the Effelsberg radio telescope and one of the many wild animal parks and thermal and swimming pools in the region. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. -Bed linen are available for an additional cost of 8 EUR p.p./stay. -Towels are available for an additional cost of 8 EUR p.p./stay. -Kitchen linen are not provided and guests can bring their own. -Please note that the electricity fee of 0.30 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate. -Please note that the gas/oil fee of 4 EUR/night (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate. -Please note that the water fee of 5.50 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate. -In case guests will use the washing machine and the sauna there is an extra charge.
