The house is 85 m2 and is suitable for a maximum of six people. It contains a kitchen diner, bathroom, livingroom and two bedrooms.

There is a play area, a sunbathing area with garden furniture and a covered terrace with a built-in pizza brick-kiln.

You can explore Bad Grönenbach and its walking trails, the nearby Alps, Lake Constance and the delightful Königswinkel area. In winter you can enjoy cross-country skiing, ice sports and downhill ski-runs. You can also enjoy tennis, golf, riding, mini-golf, water sports and curling on ice or asphalt as well as day trips to Legoland, the Ottobeuren Basilica and the historic cities of Kempten and Memmingen.
