The villa is set in a quiet location with views across the country area and the Monchique Montain.

There are terraces around the house providing shade or sun all day. A pergola covers part of the rear terrace giving shade when dining.

There is also a built-in barbecue and a good sized pool. There are sunbathing and sitting areas around the pool deck, complete with sun loungers. Also a pool side shower.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- A final cleaning is included in the price.
- Bed, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
- Cots are available for an additional cost of 2.85 EUR/night.
- High chairs are available for an additional cost of 1.85 EUR/night.
- Groceries basket can be ordered for an additional cost of 20 EUR/basket.
- Extra cleaning is available for an additional cost of 10 EUR/hour.
