Private: grounds, garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, 01.04.-30.10.). Irregular pool. In the house: table-tennis, billiards table, laundry, washing machine, tumble dryer. Individual garage by the house, public parking on the road.
