There are various terraces around the villa, where you can enjoy the sun on the chaises and lounge chairs. Guests can enjoy the charming interior lighting and the extra facilities. There is a full size tennis court, football field, table tennis, a billiard table and a basketball hoop with net to play when it has cooled off in the evening.

Through the location on a dead end street in a green zone, this villa offers plenty of privacy. You are only a 10 minute drive away from the centre of Altea with its lovely beaches, marina, boulevard, bars and restaurants and shops. The centre of Altea la Vella is 1.5km away. The villa is located only 1 km from the Club de Golf Don Cayo, where golf lovers can hit the links. Within 30 minutes in the car you will find various walking trails, horseback rides, the Terra Mítica and Terra Natura theme parks and other excursions on the Costa Blanca.

Upon request and for a fee you can utilize a number of services such as a heated swimming pool and interim cleaning.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
