Normandie ****The Normandy holiday home is in a residential area within walking distance (700m) of the beach. It is a beautiful villa with many extras. The house has been very well decorated and is full of atmosphere. There is a spacious conservatory and an enclosed garden. After a day on the beach the Jacuzzi is a real pleasure. You can also relax in the sauna and the steam shower.Middelkerke is an attractive seaside resort with a car free zone along the coast. There are plenty of shops and little restaurants. You can easily explore the whole Belgian coast with the coast tram. It runs from De Panne (Plopsaland) to Knokke. The areas historic cities such as Ostend and Bruges are highly recommended. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later. -Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own. Please also note that: -the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,30 EUR/kWh). -the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,65 EUR/m3). -the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 3,50 EUR/m3).
