The beautiful. renovated Villa LOree is in the town of Koksijde. The villa is in a quiet residential area and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is within walking distance of the town centre and the sea. The Belgian coast s highest dune is not far. The swimming pool uses solar heating. This. a sauna and steam shower ensure an enjoyable holiday even if the weather is not so good. Please note that the swimming pool is unheated in winter. This can be very refreshing after a sauna or steam shower. Children will feel immediately at home here with the swimming pool. TV room. garden and nearby sea. Koksijde-Oostduinkerke and its extensive nature reserves are a paradise for walkers and cyclists. The nature reserves are some of Koksijde-Oostduinkerke s greatest attractions. The best way to discover them is by guided walks which are organised all year round.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
