A very pretty little house converted into charming holiday accommodation. Ideal for a romantic weekend. or with your children. the house is located in a small village in the heart of the countryside. Access to the holiday home is via a narrow dirt track through the fields. You will be warmly welcomed by the owner whose main house is on the same plot. Your privacy will be ensured however as the property is very spacious and planted with trees. and the owner is discrete.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-Please note that bed linen can be rented per packet at EUR 6 p.p./Stay.
-Please note bath towels are not included in the room rate. Please bring your own.
-Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged EUR 4/night.
-Please note that gas/oil is included.
-Please note the mandatory water fee is EUR 1/night.
