The plot of 1500 m2 is completely fenced. with +/- 1000 m2 play field with swings.The Lac de Robertville is nearby with the castle of Reinhardstein. This beautiful lake is perfect for refreshing dips in summer. The lake of Bütgenbach is not far either and very suitable for water sports fans. You can make fabulous walks through this huge region from the holiday home. The nice town of Malmedy with its cultural buildings is only 12 km away from the house. The highest point of Belgium is at 700 m of your accommodation. No groups of young people allowed. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 600 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
