The estate covers no less than 100 acres of land and is situated in a forrest area only a few kilometres from the rustic town of Apecchio and in the heart of the truffle region about which the owner can tell you all. Here you can enjoy the peaceful and overwhelming landscape from e.g. the swimming pool or you can enjoy various activities such as taking trips to the nearby historic towns of Gubbio. Perugia and Urbino.
