Located in the heart of Port Elliot and 5 minutes’ walk to Horseshoe Bay, All Seasons Port Elliot Holiday House offers a patio, a large enclosed backyard and a fully equipped kitchen.

Port Elliot Holiday House offers an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The lounge area features an LCD TV and DVD/CD players. There are 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities are provided.

You can enjoy an outdoor meal in the BBQ area and there is a double parking garage which includes an additional TV and board games.

All Seasons Port Elliot is 5-minute drive from Middleton and 10 minutes’ drive from Victor Harbor. McLaren Vale is 48 km away and Goolwa is 15 minutes` drive away.

Please note that All Seasons Port Elliot Holiday House requires a $200 security deposit via bank transfer to cover any incidental charges.

The security deposit/bond payment will be credited to your designated account once our property has been inspected at the room at check-out. The property aims to ensure this happens within 7 working days of your departure.

Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the security deposit/bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements or extra guests beyond those declared.

You will be advised about key collection 24 hours prior to your check-in date and after full payment + security deposit/bond has been made.

The home is self-contained; however, you will need to bring your own linen, towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies (i.e toilet paper, soaps, washing powder for front loader washing machine, sponges etc). Quilts, pillows and blankets are supplied. Linen and towel hire can be arranged if requested at a charge. Please advise the property at time of paying the deposit if you will require linen, so arrangements can be made in advance.
