The Sheen View properties are situated along the Kenmare Bay Estuary and just a 15-minute walk from Kenmare town centre. They comprise well equipped kitchens, living/dining areas and gardens.

These 3-bedroom houses have one master en suite, 1 twin and 1 single room with an additional bathroom. Kitchens include an electric cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.

The open plan living/dining area features a comfortable sofa, an open fire and a TV. The houses have partially enclosed gardens and private parking is available.

At Kenmare Bay you can go diving, pony trekking or take a Seafari Cruise where you may spot a dolphin. Kenmare and the Ring of Kerry Golf Clubs are both just a 5-minute drive away.

For walkers the Kerry and Beara Ways offer stunning routes whilst Kenmare is also home to the foothills of the MacGillycuddy Reeks. Bonane Heritage Park is just 10 km from the properties.

By Car:
From Limerick or Cork:
- Take the N22 to Castleisland.
- Continue on the N23 to Farranfore.
- Then take the N22 to Killarney.
- At the first roundabout turn left onto the Ring Road for Cork.
- Continue towards Cork for approximately 12 miles.
- Turn right onto the R569 for Kenmare, passing through Kilgarvan (if travelling from Cork, turn left onto the R569).
- Sheen View Holiday Homes are located on the left-hand side just before the GAA pitch & Golf Club when you’re approaching Kenmare Town. They are well signposted.

From Killarney:
- Take the N71 – Scenic Ring of Kerry Road to Kenmare.
- On approach to the town you will pass by The Kenmare Bay Hotel on your right-hand side & Centra Petrol Station on your left.
- Keep going straight up through Kenmare town passing by Quills Woolen Mill on your left & AIB Bank on your right.
- Take a left out of town passing Kenmare Golf Club on your right.
- You will find Sheen View Holiday Homes on the right-hand side. They are well signposted.
