You can also take a shuttle bus of Alpetour or JP Ljubljanski potniški promet to the central station in Ljubljana. They run about every hour and from there you can take a train (see below). Arrival by train: Connections abroad are excellent - you can come to Slovenia directly from Italy, Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia and Macedonia. From the central station you can catch hourly trains run by LP, mainly to Logatec. It will take around 40 minutes to the nearest train station Železniška postaja Logatec, but this is about 3 km away from GRC Zapolje.
