Constructed from locally famous Ate wood, Umeya offers simple Japanese-style accommodation with Yukata robes, shared hot baths, a buffet breakfast and a set-menu dinner. Across the street from the Genkai-nada Sea, it offers free fishing boat excursions.

Decorated in a traditional Japanese style, rooms feature futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. Each room is air-conditioned and includes sliding paper screens, a low table with floor cushions and a TV.
