From the M42: - Exit at junction 2. - Join the A441 TO Birmingham. - Continue over the next 4 roundabouts (the road becomes Pershore Road South). - At the next roundabout (you are now in Cotteridge with shops on your left), turn left into Middleton Hall Road. - You will immediately cross a pedestrian crossing. - Take the third turn on the right into Selly Oak Road (just before a set of pedestrian lights). - Continue over two roundabouts and one crossroads. - The Beeches will be 100 yards down on the left-hand side. From the M5: - Exit at junction 4. - Follow the A38 Birmingham signs. - At the roundabout, turn left onto the A38 Bristol Road. - Continue through the traffic lights at Northfield. - When you pass Bournville College, get into the right-hand lane and do a U-turn through the gap on the dual carriageway. - You are now on the other side of the carriageway - take next left into Bournville Lane (a Police Station is on the corner). - Approximately half a mile up the hill, turn left into Selly Oak Road. - The Beeches is 100 yards down on the left-hand side. By Train: Birmingham New Street is 20 minutes away. You can either take a taxi to the centre or a connecting train to Bournville. From Bournville it will be a half-mile walk to the centre.
