The hotel offers a full English breakfast from Monday to Friday, with a continental buffet breakfast available at weekends and on public holidays. The building’s original structure has been extended and the hotel now offers comfortable accommodation with modern comforts and facilities, while retaining its original charm. The traditional courtyard has a medieval-style minstrel’s gallery. There are 40 rooms, including single, double, triple and family rooms. There are also 2 VIP suites, both with traditional 4-poster beds. Within a few minutes drive of the hotel, you can find picturesque villages such as Eynsford and Shoreham, as well as the famous orchards and hop fields of Kent. There are also plenty of ancient castles and stately homes within easy reach, including Leeds Castle, Knole House, Penshurst Place, Hever Castle and Sir Winston Churchill`s home at Chartwell. To the east lie the ancient Medway towns, with Rochester Castle, the Museum of the Royal Dockyards at Chatham and Charles Dickens’ house.
