The hotel comprises two hotel blocks with 193 units, including 21 studios, with extensive convention facilities, indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, gym, ski garderobe. The hotel is a starting point for mountain hiking routes. Semkovo offers 7 ski runs serviced by 8 T - bars.

Semkovo is 1600 m above sea level, some 15 km from the town of Belitza, and some 160 km from Sofia airport.
The winter season lasts over 5 months – from December to May, with a snow cover thicker than 1.5m. The average annual temperatures vary from 7,5° N to 9,5°N, January being the coldest month with an average of -5,9° C. Semkovo offers six ski runs with a total length of 4.5 km, including three ski runs on the Northern slopes, with all ranges of difficulty. The ski runs are serviced by eight draglifts.
