The open-plan kitchens are equipped with a gas stove top and all the necessary kitchenware. Guests can enjoy their meals at the adjacent dining area. The living rooms have a seating corner set up around the flat-screen TV with cable channels. Each bathroom comes with a bath tub and free soap and shampoo products. Artis Zoo is 300 metres from the apartment. Dam Square, Amsterdam Central Railway Station and the Red light District are 15 minutes` walk away. The metro stop at Waterlooplein and tram stop at Plantage Kerklaan offer convenient public transport links to explore Amsterdam. Please note: - Guests will be asked to pay their deposit by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival. - Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. - Check-in after 21:30 is charged extra 25.00 euro - For check-out before 10:00, the security deposit for the keys need to be pre-arranged and can only be refunded after we check the apartment. - 100 euro deposit will be refunded upon check out only in return of both sets of the keys and a clean apartment. - Only at one of the locations a parking for one car is available on request next to the house.
