Fundo San Jose is an Ecolodge in the heart of the Junin Province jungle, on the Chanchamayo Riverfront. It offers a variety of excursions, an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi.

The individual cabins at the Hotel Fundo San Jose Ecolodge all have 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each cabin has a spacious private balcony with a panoramic jungle view.

Guests at the Fundo San Jose Ecolodge can book an excursion to Perene Valley or the Borgoña waterfalls. They can also enjoy a boat trip on the Perene River.

The restaurant serves a variety of northern Italian cuisine and regional specialities, and features an extensive wine list. A daily breakfast buffet with fruits, juices and bread rolls is available.

The hotel is surrounded by orange trees and lush vegetation. It is 15 minutes by foot from the centre of La Merced, and 10 minutes by car from the main bus station. Free parking is provided.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 19%.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru.

This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
