We offer you the opportunity to settle down in the very centre of cultural events, in apartments that are located in historical houses in the heart of Riga town. Equipped with hotel standard facilities, there is a pleasant homely feeling, overlooking Latvian architecture. Accommodation includes breakfast in Restaurant Casablanca, located in the Old Town`s main square. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 4.00 per hour . Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. Extra Beds: Our 1-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 3 people, 2-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 4 people and 3-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 5 people. The extra charge for each additional person is EUR 20 per night, including breakfast (2007). Internet Facilities: Mobile internet access is available at a daily charge. By Plane: It is 20 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes by bus number 22 from the airport to the hotel. Buses run every 20 minutes. By Public Transport: The hotel is 15 minutes walking distance from Riga International Bus Station. By Train: The hotel is 15 minutes walking distance from Riga Railway Station. By Sea: The hotel is 15 minutes walking distance from Riga Sea Passenger Harbour. Our Old Town apartments are stylised and fully-equipped in a renovated old building. The apartments are only within 5-15 minutes walking distance between all the major sights of the Old Town, including theatres, opera house, art exhibition centre and the most popular clubs and bars as well.
