Please note that there is only 1 free car parking space for each apartment. Upon arriving at Peppers Broadbeach, please park out the front of Tower 2 Main Reception in the drop-off area along Elizabeth Avenue. If all parking bays are full, please proceed in to the underground car park and park in a bay marked ‘Visitor’, then proceed to Level 1 to check-in. Please read all parking notices upon entry to avoid any fines. Guests planning to arrive by car are welcome to contact the property for more information using the contact details on the booking confirmation.

Please note that this hotel requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in. This deposit is refundable upon check out, if there are no damages or outstanding charges. The deposit amounts are as follows:

One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Apartments: AUD 300 in addition to full payment of accommodation.

Three-Bedroom Skyhomes: AUD 1500 in addition to full payment of accommodation.

Skyline Residence - AUD 2500 in addition to full payment of accommodation.

In addition, credit card pre-authorisation is required for use of some facilities including (but not limited to) a personal iPad - AUD 300.

All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship, if requested upon check-in.
