SACO Birmingham - Edgbaston ****Saco Birmingham - Edgbaston offers the comfort of a hotel, with the space, freedom and flexibility of home. These apartments are ideally located at the city end of Hagley Road, Birmingham, close to Five Ways. Meticulously restored Victorian villas have been converted into one and two bedroom apartments which are set in delightful south facing gardens in leafy Edgbaston. The apartments have been individually furnished in a contemporary style featuring large lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom. All second bedrooms have king size beds and a second en-suite shower/bathroom. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.88 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 17.63 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. At check-in, you will need the credit card used during booking and a form of ID (e.g. driving license or passport). You may need to pay a security deposit. There is no reception desk at the apartments. SACO will contact you by phone with automatic check-in instructions and a contact number.
