Reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

The full payment is on arrival. 5% charge for all payments made by card.
A surcharge of GBP 10.00 will be charged per person for public / bank holidays, per night.
A Surcharge of GBP 5.00 per room, for single night bookings.

From the Wessex way take the first exit at Bournemouth west roundabout. Follow road to St. Michaels roundabout and take the second exit into Durley Chine rd. Go on to next roundabout (aprox 300 metres).
Take first exit into Westcliff rd. Take 2nd turning left into St. Michaels Rd. Follow road to end and bear right. Bondi on right hand side.
