Apartments Arti ****The family-run Apartments Arti are situated close to Cavtat, a small and quiet village on the coast, and only 15 km south of Dubrovnik. It is not only bright and spacious accommodation that we offer; it is rather our goal to provide you plenty of services as information about the area, where to go and what to see, which restaurants offer you local meals, in which excursions you can participate and the like. You can explore forgotten ways of manufacture and processing which were the fishermen- and farmers’ main life resource in this area. Thus a great number of tourists return seduced by the flavours of wine and national cuisine that they have previously tried during one of the excursions. Besides relaxing and sunbathing, you can spend your day more actively and stroll around Dubrovnik, admiring the rich culture and gastronomy as well as the natural heritage of this region. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. The easiest way to arrive to Cavtat is by plane.The Dubrovnik Airport is only 5 km away from our apartments. If you decide to stay in one of the apartments, the hosts will organise transportation from the airport. If you decide to go on vacation by car or boat you need to pass through Dubrovnik. The city of Dubrovnik has good ferry and bus connections; for all our guests we organise transfers from Dubrovnik to our apartments. Total number of rooms: 9 |
