Appartments Luaniva are new built apartments situated on the Northern Island Pag, town Novalja, nearby the beach. In the building you will find 7 apartments, capacity 2+2 and 4+2, with all what you need for a great holiday. It is a very common place for pensions, families with small children and also for younger people, because only few kilometers near Novalja you will find a great and popular place for crazy parties. Just come, see and enjoy, we will give you anything you need!

The closest restaurant near the hotel is called Bazilika, only 100 meters located from the hotel. At the restaurant both the national Croatian and an International cuisine are offered.

Traffic connectivity of the island of Pag, and therefore Novalja with the land is excellent:

From 30.05. to 30.09. ferries on the line land (Prizna) - island of Pag (Žigljen) drive all around, while during the rest of the year ferries drive 15 times a day in both directions, and you can also reach the island of Pag on the south side by the bridge of Pag.
Numerous bus lines connect Novalja with almost every part of Croatia and everyday fast catamaran line connects it with Rab and Rijeka (in the summer with Lošinj, Ilovik and Susak as well).

Novalja - tourist center of the island of Pag, famous resort and the destination of many tourists. It is ideally situated on the sea and land routes from Kvarner toward Dalmatia. Novalja is famous for its beautiful beaches, in its immediate vicinity there are - Zrće, Straško, Trinćel (Planjka) which all have the Blue flag, and also Caska, Babe and Braničevica.

The nature excels in true beauty made of many opposites and diversities, clear sea and gentle Mediterranean climate with many sunny days during the year.
