Situated in a very hilly area and along the access road to the tourist village Erezée,"LA VILLA AUTRICHIENNE" is a luxurious villa, with terrace and balcony, at merely 1500 m from the woods the river, at 15 km from Durbuy, at 1 km from the Tourist Tramway de l`Aisne and at 1 km from "LA NOISERAIE" with it`s sports infrastructure.
La Villa Autrichienne is bookable with arrival on Monday and departure on Friday or with arrival on Friday and departure on Monday. During July and August 2005, the chalet is bookable for 2 nights.
Division of the chalet: 2 doubles, 2 triples and 1 quadruple room.
1 sauna (for 4 persons) on the ground floor, 1 shower with lavabo and 1 separate toilet on the first floor, 1 bathroom (with bubblebath, lavabo and wc) and a solarium on the second floor.

For the check-in, check-out and to receive the key of the house, you need to go to the office of Durbuy Adventure located at Allée du Val 62 in 6940 Barvaux s/O

In case of a cancellation by the customer, for some reason that it is, a prepayment will not be refunded. Any cancellation must be notified immediately and written (letter or fax). With a reservation less 30 days before the arrival date, the hotel will charge 100 % of the total amount.
On arrival, you will have to pay a garantee for the rent of the chalet.
