Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years are charged ZAR 200.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. By car: - Follow the M3 from Cape Town to Fish Hoek. - Cross Ou Kaapse Weg and pass Longbeach Mall on your right. - Turn right onto Kommetjie Road at the 4-way stop. - Continue for 5 km and turn right onto Kommetjie Boulevard just before reaching Kommetjie. - Continue straight ahead, the road will become Greenways Drive. - Aquaview is the large white building with a carved roof on your right, just before Dwika Road T-junction. Kommetjie is a haven for water sport enthusiasts. Enjoy hours of surfing, fishing, sailing, water-skiing or kite-boarding. During a Huey helicopter flight you can marvel at the area from above.
