The main building at Björkudden was built in 1892 as a school. The bricks for the house were shipped from England and in 1952 it became a boarding-house. Nowadays, each newly renovated guest room has TV, telephone and internet access.

The elegant and fully licensed in-house restaurant at Björkuddens Hotell offers a menu reflecting the seasons. This beautiful venue is the perfect place to celebrate any occasion, with its light enhancing 2-metre high windows.

At Björkudden, guests can enjoy the wood fired riverside sauna and the hot tub during summer. These must be booked for private use prior to arrival.
