Your home away from home, we offer three suites all with their own private entrance, large sunny bedrooms, a separate kitchen and a bathroom, ideal for those guests who prefer self-catering. We can offer long-term stays for the business or leisure traveller. Our residence also features a lovely garden with an outdoor swimming pool, a covered outside smoking area and secure parking. Cresta Mall and Brightwater Commons, the Dome and Rhema Church are within close proximity. There is easy access from the N1 motorway into Malibongwe Drive. Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Up to two children under 12 years are charged ZAR 60.00 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is not included. Service charge is included. 1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs ZAR 60.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Please note: The credit card to guarantee this booking can only be used as payment if the credit card and card holder is the same and present if paying the balance at the hotel. No confirmation will be sent until payment, as stated in the deposit policy, has been received.
