Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 2 years are welcome. Up to two children from 6 to 11 years are charged ZAR 1080.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Comfortable walking shoes, track shoes or boots are essential for the bush walks. Sandals are useful for walking around the lodge. Shorts and a t-shirt are needed all year round for the warm midday period. A swimming costume, sun lotion, insect repellent, sun hat, sunglasses and lip balm are recommended.
