Brightonwave is centrally located within minutes walk of the sea, Brighton Pier, conference centre and shopping areas. We are a 4 diamond silver accolade non-smoking hotel with 8 fully en suite luxury bedrooms all with flat screen TVs, dvd and cd players. We focus on providing a personalised attentive service to all our guests. Check in is by appointment as there is no permanently manned reception.

Weekend breakfasts are served from 9.45 to 10.45 am or earlier by prior arrangement. Breakfast in bed options are available.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Take the A23 to Brighton. Follow the signs for the seafront and Brighton Pier. When you reach the Pier roundabout turn left onto Marine Parade. Madeira Place is the fifth turning on the left. Brightonwave hotel is the distinctive battleship grey building located halfway along.
