The magnificent 17th century estate Oud-Poelgeest is conveniently situated 10 minutes from the centre of Leiden, between Amsterdam and The Hague and about 15 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The rooms and reception desk are located in the former coach house.

Kasteel Oud Pelgeest is situated on a 10-acre park. It has 5 monumental buildings: a recently restored castle, a former coach house, a chapel, a gamekeeper`s house and a gatehouse. It also has a sauna.

A buffet-style breakfast is served daily in the former coach house.

Guests can visit the historic city of Leiden and the bulb fields at Keukenhof. Boat trips on the Dutch lake district can be arranged on request. The North Sea beach is a 20-minute drive away.
