The Neighbourhood is called "de Jordaan". The street is called the Rozengracht, Rozen, means roses. All the streets in the Jordaan are called after flowers. "Gracht" means canal, this means there was a canal once. There are plans for opening the water again, but this will (if it really happens) take a few more years.
