In the hotel you can choose from two room types. The nine Hotel Rooms are situated on the first and second floor of the main building. The hotel`s garden offers several Swedish chalets, that house the Garden Rooms. This room type has a private entrance and a small terrace.

Hotel Jans is situated in Friesland near the IJsselmeer and can be reached easily by car. Within 45 minutes you can reach Heereveen. Rijs is Frieslands oldest holiday destination, with a famous forest.

From the A7 (afsluitdijk) follow the direction of Sneek/Bolsward. At the exit
Bolsward you follow the signs Workum/Balk (N359) until you get exit Rijs to the right. When you enter the village Rijs, go to the right. Within 100 meters you will find the hotel on your left hand.

From A7 (Groningen/Joure), follow the A6 to Lemmer and take the first exit Sloten/Balk. In Balk, go to the left, within 5 minutes you will reach Rijs. When you enter the village Rijs, go to the right. Within 100 meters you will find the hotel on your left hand.

From A6 (Lemmer), take the exit (N354) to Balk. In Balk, go to the left, within 5 minutes you will reach Rijs. When you enter the village Rijs, go to the right. Within 100 meters you will find the hotel on your left hand.
